2.       Who will qualify for Borsch Med Reward$ Programme?

a.      Register an account or log in your account when you make a purchase

b.      Every dollar you spend using the account will earn you 5% Reward$. Decimal amount caused by discounts would be round up to the nearest 5 cents for Reward$ crediting.

c.      You can use the Reward$ earned to partial redeem Borsch Med products on your next purchase
 

3.       How do I check my Borsch Med Reward$ balance and expiry? 

You can simply check your Borsch Med Reward$ by logging into your account on www.borschmed.com /login.

4.       What is the validity period of points issued?

All Borsch Med Reward$ has maximum of 18 months validity and it is accumulated and expired by block of 4 months. For example, if your points being credited to your account between 1 Jan 2016 to 30 Apr 2016 and whole block of points accumulated during this period will expire on 30 Jun 2017.

5.      How can I redeem my Borsch Med Reward$? 

To redeem Reward$ off your next purchase, simply check the balance amount at My Reward$, key in the amount and click use to offset amount from purchase.

 6.       What should I do if I have problem redeeming my Reward$ using your system?

You may drop us an email enquiries@borschmed.com. We will get back to you within 3-5 working days.

7.       What are the products and services I can redeem for?

Borsch Med Reward$ are eligible for redemption of products and delivery charges on www.borschmed.com

8.       What happen if my Reward$ have expired?

Reward$ must be redeemed within the specified validity period. There will not be any extension of the validity period for your Borsch Med Reward$.   

9.       I have changed my mind and would like to cancel my Borsch Med Reward$ redemption. Can you help me cancel my redemption? 

There is no cancellation or change allowed on the Reward$ redemption item once you have completed the transaction.

10.   Can I transfer my Borsch Med Reward$ to someone else? 

No, Borsch Med Reward$ are not transferrable. 

11.   When will my Borsch Med Reward$ be credited to my account?

All Borsch Med Reward$ will be credited to your account upon completion of delivery.

12.  What are the Terms and Conditions of Borsch Med Reward$?

  • Only valid for use on Borsch Med online shop (www.borschmed.com).
  • Valid for redemption till expiry date as reflected in user account.
  • Not valid for use in conjunction with other promotional offers and vouchers.
  • Borsch Med Reward$ shall not be re-sold or exchanged for cash.
  • Borsch Med Reward$ must be redeemed in a single purchase, no change or refund will be returned.
  • Borsch Med reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of its rewards programme without prior notice.

13.   It's my birthday month, how can I earn my double reward$?

Our Reward$ system auto recognises your birthday month and issues the 2X Reward$ to your account after successful delivery. The Birthday 2X Reward$ applies only to the 1st purchase made in the Birthday Month. Any subsequent purchases' Reward$ will be under the standard 5% Reward$ scheme.
